Options

Open Explorer window: check this box to open specified folder in Windows Explorer, usually when the process is finished.
The Overwrite existing files checkbox determines whether you are prompted before existing files are overwritten with files you marked to process.
Skip older files: check this option to avoid replace newer files with older files. If you're sure you want to use older files, then uncheck this option.  skips (does not process) existing files when the date/time stamps of the source file (marked to process) is older than the file on specified target location.
Use folder names: check this option to use source's folders names to proceed. Uncheck to just use the plain filename. This determines whether Comparator Fast will use folder names (also known as path names) from source files (marked for process). You will probably want to check this option for most operations. If this option is checked, any folder names from source files will be appended to the Selected Folder when appropriate. If this option is not checked all files will be processed to the same Selected Folder, regardless of any folder names in the source file.

For example, assuming the Source Folder for analysis is "c:\My Music", Selected Folder is "c:\target" and the source file you marked "c:\My Music\Top Ten\filename"  will be processed to the folder "c:\target\Top Ten" if the Use folder names option is checked, or the folder "c:\target" if the option is not checked.
