This dialog is shown because you choose the option Calculate Hashes for All Scanned Files. You only need to use this option if you forgot to enable a Search for Repeated Files by hash (CRC32 or  -MD5 will calculate both-) and need to analyze by hash (but want to avoid repeat the scan with correct parameters).

Answer Yes to continue, No to cancel the command.
