This section is to create, modify or remove predefined messages.
Predefined messages are saved for later use, to avoid retype frequently used text (messages).
Add a predefined message
Make sure the task entry shows "Add", or select "Add" on this field.
Type the text of your predefined message on the text box and click Go.
Modify a predefined message
Select the predefined message you want to modify from the messages box.
Make sure the task entry shows "Modify", or select "Modify" on this field.
Type the text of your predefined message on the text box and click Go.
Remove a predefined message
Select the predefined message you want to remove from the messages box.
Make sure the task entry shows "Remove", or select "Remove" on this field.
Click Go button to remove.
