Here you may define all the local computer's Usernames that should be blocked to access Shutdown Manager special options and tools.
Specify users not allowed to access Shutdown Manager's options
(just in case you want a username to not control a remote access).
Separate each username by semicolons (;).
ie: User; Bob
Note: In the previous example, "User" means user's name whose name begins with "User", reason why any user whose name begins with "User" would be marked as "blocked."
Example: "User", "User001", etc.
