Enable (check) this option to disable the Windows Taskbar. When enabled, the entire Taskbar disappear. You'll see a small window instead, where you can do several Shutdown Manager tasks, like re-enable Taskbar.
To re-enable the Taskbar, just disable (uncheck) this option on menu, or close the small window.
